so remember how my vw !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ? Well i just got a letter from vw explaining that they are extending the warranty for the very issue we had (hpfp) to 10 years or 120000 miles. I guess it wasnt an isolated or semi isolated thing.

Hopefully I see one of those soon. I have a 2010 Golf TDI that just had the hpfp fail less than 2k miles ago :)
EDIT: By the way, it was definitely not an isolated thing.

yeah, I knew its not uncommon, but I genuinely didn’t expect them to do anything about it

I’m so conflicted with VW... I had a bad experience and they handled it well, but I just can’t stay away.

I didn't think they would either. I thought they would keep paying for them individually to keep it on the down low.
